The Interviewers were extremely friendly and asked competency based questions. At the start of the interview, I was required to submit my identity and right to work documents. After the documents were scanned, the interview was conducted and lasted for about 30 minutes.

Interview
Digital and automated. You didn’t meet a hiring manager or anyone from the team in person until your first day. Video questions and lots of screening required of you which causes delays in onboarding.
My interview was a one stage process. It was an entry level position and so the questions reflected that. I attended the interview at one of the branches and the interview was taken by the branch manager and assistant manager.
