Barclays Customer Service interview questions

4 rounds were taken. 1st round was general introduction about yourself and family and describing the CV. 2nd round consisted of reading the English passage. 3rd round was taken by Department specific HR and he asked me to give introduction. 4th and final round was for salary discussion and role describing.
