BT Group Transformation Performance Manager interview questions

Two stage interview. First one competency, second one case study/thought process. Both relatively straightforward, although case study ran longer than was intended. Not too much discussion for latter. I was told I would hear back shortly but I heard absolutely nothing back from BT - not even a sniff. Ghosted. Not a pleasant experience, and ultimately a waste of time.
