I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BT Group in Oct 2023
Interview
It was a 30-minute interview. His questions didn't allow for any nuance or thought and weren't rooted in any realistic situation. It seemed he was proud of himself we he "tricked" you, just trying to prove you wrong without understanding how you would actually work and get things done.

Question 1
If you had conflicting priorities with yourself, your customer, your team, your peers, and your project, how would you then prioritise them? (then he included extremes to how black and white the conflicts were like if you went ahead with a customer or team priority over yourself, you would lose your job. If there was a promotion opportunity, would you put yourself forward or someone in your team?)
