First round: Video interview using a tool to record your answers. No BT personnel involved. Questions were not crafted properly and had used confusing terms.
Second round: 4 hour long !!!!! online Assessment Centre.
Hiring process is shouldn´t be like this. All very very rigid, long and requires too much time and it´s just simply a pain to go through. As a IT company, you would expect something more agile. Not impressed.

- HR Interview to begin with. Mainly competency based.
- Hiring Manager interview again competency based. Nothing technical.
- Director interview and case study presentation focused on what you would do if joining BT during first 30 days, 60 days and next 90 days. Ways of working questions to identify fit with existing culture at BT.
