BT Group Senior Project Manager interview questions

First round: Video interview using a tool to record your answers. No BT personnel involved. Questions were not crafted properly and had used confusing terms. Second round: 4 hour long !!!!! online Assessment Centre. Hiring process is shouldn´t be like this. All very very rigid, long and requires too much time and it´s just simply a pain to go through. As a IT company, you would expect something more agile. Not impressed.
