BT Group Senior Customer Relationship Service Manager interview questions

First part of the interview was over the phone, with HR, whereby the HR recruiter assessed my current and past working experience in view of the position I was applying for. Second part of the interview was a one-to-one with the functional manager of said position, also done remotely as the interviewer was in a different location. Third part of the interview was with the leadership team of the corresponding technology the position holds. Also done remotely over Skype due to geographical differences.
