BT Group Project Director interview questions

Recruited by previous colleague with another company. Interviewed with manager and 3 peers of my manager. Standard interview questions. The interview was not a structured interview in that the interviewer had not prepared questions in advance. We started with a review of my resume and all of the questions were related to how I would translate my past experience to success at BT.

A meeting with an agency followed by two chatty interviews with a BT Director and a chapm from HR.
