BT Group Manager interview questions

Very straight forward and quick turn around. Much easier than expected. Had the interview in the morning and got the offer the next day. I wish other companies can give feedback as quick as BT.

I was contacted by phone for my first round and was asked the general questions about my previous experience. Second was a face to face interview and was asked questions regarding management. Final round was over the phone with one of the managers in UK.
