Got through the 2 stages of interview, telephone interview went fine passed to final stage, now here is where I have my issues, competency based questions for a job role that states “no experience needed” and them then proceed to ask you questions on things relevant to their role, the last question they give me really threw me off guard as it wasnt relevant to any of my experience i had had in jobs even with sales experience and extensive sales experience and was based around managing. I knew from that moment I didnt have it. And I have 13 years in customer service roles with team leading and sales
