Well structured, lasted thirty minutes. Interview panel were experienced professionals and had a range of questions and scenarios to go through. Employee benefits and salary expectations were discussed / debated.
The interview was good and very engaging. Explained alot about the role and what would be required on a day to day basis including questions about personal experience from previous career roles.
Interviews serve as a two-way conversation where both parties learn about each other: candidates explore if the role and company culture fit their goals, while employers assess qualifications and interpersonal qualities.
