Really good and varied interview day involving a number of different solo and group tasks. The interview team did a great job of putting everyone in the application process at ease and clearly explained the layout of the day to avoid any surprises.

Interview
Had an online assessment that included some maths, shapes and literature-based questions. The questions were fairly straightforward but time was the limiting factor. The next stage was an automated video interview, the questions were competency and behavioural and nothing was too unexpected. The final stage was an interview with two senior members and this was a mixture of technical and comptency questions.

Describe a time when you used your knowledge of technology to help a customer or friend.
-Online assessments. These are timed and difficult to complete in time (perhaps intentionally). You receive automated feedback immediately on this
-Video interview. Record your answers. You are allowed 2 attempts at recording, the second automatically gets sent.
-Assessment centre. Individual and group activities completed through an online assessment centre. This is a full day.

Online process unless you get to a assessment centre. Interview was a normal online video interview no interaction with anyone. Got told through to the assessment centre and to wait for a date but ended up getting an email months later saying they had already filled the positions.
