Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Tell me about a time you faced conflict - what was it, how did you approach it, what was the outcome?
I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at BT Group (Londres, Inglaterra) in Oct 2024
Interview
The initial interview went well, red flag was a HR person in a technical interview to ask a solitary diversity question. Final round was to deliver a presentation that contradicted itself in the problem it stated, so I had to take a punt on what they actually wanted. Again, useless HR person in the final interview. They seemed to be unaware of basic product management techniques that I mentioned in my presentation (I mean, if you don't know what an OKR is in 2024 you have no place in product management). They were confused about what they wanted and appeared very bureaucratic.

Question 1
Blah blah blah diversity. That and deliver a presentation outlining how you would take on certain challenges that BT had in its home broadband division, in light of commerical headwinds.
Two step hiring process with HR Manager first and Hiring Manager. The process was straight forward and the question were the standard questions. The questions were open-ended to discover your skill set and experience through a conservational format
