Interview
All followed standard interview process. Call followed by face to face interview with two interviewers. Competency based, lasted one hour. Communication prior to interview and feedback following was as expected.
Fairly laid back, put as ease and made to feel welcome. Technical competence explored as well as softer skills, communication, qualifications. Overall positive experience and left feeling that it was a reasonable interview
