first they sent out a math test, that i needed to complete online, then called for 5 minutes and invited to a personal interview. After that, there was an assesment center, where the 6 of us received a situation. they checked your personal skills as well as my working in a team skills:) the whole process was around 3 weeks, as they needed a person, so i could start immediately.

Due to the pandemic situation the interview took place on skype. I was interviewed by my future team leader and a HR specialist and it took approximately one hour. We talked mostly in English as this is the main language at the company. They asked about me; education, former jobs, positions etc and then they tested me by asking how would I react in different situations.
