      I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BT Group

      Interview

      Standard interviewing process, face to face interview that lasted about half an hour, asking some generic questions. What really surprised me for a grade 6 position was how generic and vague the questions were, no questions were asked regarding technical ability and the job was described as simple 1st line technical support which was a real turn off as that's more of a grade 4 job and I was hoping for a position that required more technical skill so when I didn't get an offer I wasn't too disappointed. I felt however that I should have received the courtesy of a phone call, and not an email rejection.
