There are 5 stages to the recruitment process: Submit your CV then your sent a link to complete an online test, once this is completed your then contacted within 2 days for a 15 minute telephone interview, asking why do you want to work for BT, then asked to provide an example of a Situation Task Action Result scenario in your life related to work or study, provide examples of handling good customer service, what challenges you in a role like this. Once this is satisfied you are then invited to the BT assessment centre and you must complete an online application form. In a group of 6 people, 2 BT managers and 1 other BT representative. The rep basically just wanted to rush you, I found it a cold and clinical experience. During the assessment center process there's an Ice breaker, Presentation of BT, Listening to calls and group exercise that lasted 2.5 hours.
