Got a telephone interview after completing online tests, did a whole day of prep and had a desk full of notes with great answers written out. Within 2 minutes the interview was over as I have unspent convictions for really minor things but they have a policy not to hire anyone with unspent convictions.

BT has a three round virtual interview which consists of HR round, Assessment and Ops round It is generally based on communication skills. They will not judge you on process as you have to go through the training program anyway.
