BT Group Digital Graduate Scheme interview questions

The application was straightforward; submitted cv tailored cover letter. After that, I had an online assessment which was also straightforward but do practice in advance if assessments are not your strengths (like me). I was then invited to the online interview which was fairly easy. After that, I waited an approximate three months to be told that the position I applied for had been filled; what is the point of making graduates apply if you’re just going to waste their time by telling them the role’s been filled? I even went to a practice assessment centre for BT at my university and done really well and was looking forward to being invited. I won’t be applying again as BT clearly does not show sympathy or care to a large proportion of graduates that apply to their programmes.
