BNP Paribas Senior Software Engineer interview questions

Call regarding interview scheduling and the video interview. Technical interview round asked in-depth knowledge about java, oops concepts, inheritance, composition, polymorphism, multithreading and synchronization along with few coding question based on algorithms and data structures.

process got smooth until interview is done following 30 min talk. It's been 4 months now since then. And I tried to contact back several times. but getting reply that first round is done and application is in progress. but not hearing why it is taking this long. It looks now I will need to quit. if company is not caring and irresponsible with such act. how would I expect it would be good for me even after joining. I thought company is great and can help me carve my future to next level. But, that looks myth now.
