BNP Paribas Off Cycle Internship interview questions

Only needed to submit a CV and answer short questions. Took quite long to get the first response, but the interviews were a good mix of information about the role and company, and questions about personal fit. The interviewees were friendly and accommodating, I felt like I got to know them better during the time. When the interview did not result in an offer, the team provided detailed information on room for improvement.

Apt test, HR interview, line manager, HR. Both HR interviews asked lots of behavioural, some technical but easy. Line manager. Asked about capabilities, but little technicals. Mostly fit questions. Was relatively relaxed.
