It was very formal and fairly intense but fair. I spoke to 4 people, all very technical. A lot of questions based on experience from CV. I would recommend experience. Company was relatively fun to work at.

I was asked coding questions about data structures and search algorithms.

Interview
Applied online, heard back in about two weeks. Process was three rounds: HR phone screen, a technical/case interview, then a panel with two managers.
Overall a positive experience. Interviewers were professional and well prepared. First call was straightforward — motivation, why BNP, why this team. Second round had a market/risk case and some CV deep-dives; they push on details so know your numbers. Final panel was more behavioral, with a few curveballs on how you handle pressure.
Pace was a bit slow between stages and communication could've been quicker, but recruiter was responsive when chased.

First challenge was C++ hacker rank test with 2 coding challenges and 2 math questions. For the second technical interview C++ theoretical questions regarding memory allocations and live coding exercise where I implemented a load balancer.
