Being a big company the processes are well structured and had to go through ca 6 rounds with various levels of management and HR. Can be more or less challenging depending really on the people. Need to prepare to answer questions about company s culture and core values. Overall experience positive, nice people not too nasty ones

Question 1
My life and past experience and why I want to work there
3 face to face interviews based on resume and 1 excel test. Informal and relaxed. Excel test was to review how you interpret instructions and summarise data and you had to pay attention to the details
It was very friendly, right to the point. Interviewer kindly described the group, the responsibilities division, the way forward within the bank and the expectations in regards to the job.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at BNP Paribas (Copenhague, Hovedstaden) in Jan 2021
Interview
They had planned for a webex remote call, could schedule a timeslote myself. Due to Covid this was the only option. But overall it was well facilitated and a smooth experience.
