Three in person interviews were arranged through recruitment agency. Free wheeling discussions which seemed to go smoothly, but got ghosted afterwards despite several email followups to both agency and hiring manager.
Had a super chill interview with BNP Paribas—friendly vibes, conversational flow. Mostly behavioral with a few technicals. Felt like they genuinely wanted to know me. Overall, a smooth and positive experience!

Internship process consist of a first application with a CV and cover letter. Round 1 consists of 3 times 30 minutes interviews with associates. Positive result leads to a second round of 2 interviews with seniors positions.
