Erste Runde: Ein Telefoninterview, in dem Lebenslauf und thematischen Interessen besprochen wurden.
Zweite Runde: Ein persönliches Gespräch, bei dem Lebenslauf, relevante Berufserfahrung und Branchenerfahrung im Detail betrachtet wurden. Darüber hinaus wurden fachliche Fragen zu strategischem Denken, Führungskompetenzen und Teamleitung gestellt.
