BBVA UX Designer interview questions

It's incredibly frustrating to receive absolutely no feedback after sending out the design assignment. It's a complete waste of time and disrespectful to the interviewees who put effort into completing it. Sending out design assignments before the first round without providing any follow-up or acknowledgment of the effort put in is completely nonsensical and disrespectful. It's important to value the time and effort of interviewees and provide them with the courtesy of feedback, especially when they've dedicated time and energy to completing tasks as part of the interview process.

Entrevista amena en simultáneo con personal de recursos humanos y gente del área. Me pareció valioso esto vs. tener mil entrevistas con una persona por vez, que es lo que se acostumbra cada vez más y hace perder mucho tiempo. En mi caso, no me pidieron revisar porfolio pero sí contar sobre mi trabajo actual y anterior, que tenía relevancia al puesto.
