It was between hr and department manager. They asked experiences and university projects. They asked when I meet new challenges and they are curious about my reactions with them. They asked my salary expectation.

I did an online meeting with more than one people. They were good, they asked questions as if we were chatting. You need to talk about yourself first then they'll ask their questions to you. I think it is good way to do because you get relaxed while talking at first. Sadly if you are not successful, they don't tell you. This is a big no no.
