I received the first call from the company’s recruitment department after they looked at my linkedin profile since I hadn’t applied for the job. Second call was a brief interview about my past experiences and skills and such. Then I was invited to attend a group interview at the UAE HQ in Dubai with 10 other people. This lasted exactly 2 hours and it was designed to understand everyone’s personality and confidence. Then the people who did not get through were asked to leave followed by a basic english written test for those who passed. The ones who passed that were invited to interview with the recruitment specialist, which lasted 10 minutes.
