Avangrid interview questions

Absolute joke of a process with no respect for candidates. I had an interview scheduled 2 weeks in advance, which I was preparing for a little each day - late at night on the day before the interview, the hiring manager sends a note that a conflict came up and we need to reschedule. That’s fine, things happen. So they rescheduled on a day two weeks away. 2 days before the rescheduled date, I get a text from the recruiter saying that they filled the role. No apology, no call. Just a text that says “we filled the role earlier than expected but we’ll keep your resume on hand.” Why would anyone want to work at a dump that treats prospective candidates like trash?
