I applied for the position and was notified that they were interested in speaking to me about the positions. They asked me a few questions including my current salary and salary expectations. After that, I never heard back from them until I received a email from an automated service that they were no longer interested in me. I sent the recruiter an email asking about the process and asking about the email and never received a response. I was genuinely interested in the position but, now I think I dodged the bullet if the company is that unprofessional with their hiring practices.
The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Avangrid (New York, NY)
Interview
I was initially contacted by email that I made it through the first round and would be contacted for a phone screen. They had my name wrong in the email greeting so I wasn't sure if they had made a mistake but when I reached out they apologized and said it was meant for me and something about it being a long week. I never heard from them again. Unprofessional to say the least
