Autoliv interview questions

I had to go through 3 interviews with Autoliv: one with manager, one with Senior management and final one with HR. There was 2 weeks between each interview. All were face to face.

- Two Technical round of interviews. One telephonic Manager round and HR. - All three rounds were conducted by very arrogant people. Took more than 3 weeks to get offer. - Asked me to sign commitment to join. If I don't, then have to pay 50K to them which was very weird to me - Did not tell the role as they were not sure themselves. - They offered what I asked for but included joining bonus in it.
