Interviews were on an individual basis and I was interviewed by both managers that I would be working with. Interview was pretty casual and they focused more on getting to know me than my actual qualifications. The interview lasted for approx 20 minutes. Other applicants were interviewed before and after me so we were each allotted a certain amount of time.
