Interview Process was composed of 2 Tech and 2 GM rounds. Everything went well unless salary negotiation part.
what i would feel about HR was somehow rude by nature and acts as if dictator. They are not flexible for salary negotiation. I was under an impression that Autoliv was the best pay master but i got toknow after getting interviewed that better to join startup with good profile and package, so that career growth would be more.
