CAD test, personnel interview, HR interview, Manager round, giving confirmation takes a bit of more time, interview location is too far from Bangalore city and need to arrange ourselfs for it.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Autoliv (Bengaluru) in Mar 2017
Interview
- Two Technical round of interviews. One telephonic Manager round and HR.
- All three rounds were conducted by very arrogant people. Took more than 3 weeks to get offer.
- Asked me to sign commitment to join. If I don't, then have to pay 50K to them which was very weird to me
- Did not tell the role as they were not sure themselves.
- They offered what I asked for but included joining bonus in it.
