I was brought in for a formal interview which was conducted in a friendly manner. The interview was a 1 on 1 interview where I was asked various questions regarding my experience and questions were asked to ascertain my personal and business ethics. Once I heard that I got the position, I was required to complete a number of documents/forms in order to be officially added to the company books.
