It was smooth and there was a lot of communication in the lead up which made the process less intimidating. I was told what to expect from the interview and what to bring with me to seem prepared.
Great recruiter, team was easy to talk to and had a friendly vibe. Talked over Zoom as team was working from home due to COVID19. Phone screen, then interview with line manager and team member, then interview with team lead and regional lead.

Interview
First you submit cover letter and resume, then you do assessment centre and then interview. It was all quite standard with nothing very surprising. They emphasise group work and are not looking for people who will dominate in a group situation.
