I applied in-person. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Atos (Pune) in Feb 2015
Interview
This one is the simplest and most crappy interview I ever faced. They would hire you for support or maintenance and still want you to be experienced in spring, hibernate. If you are one of them, they wont ask you on these, rather they would want basic java things and done. And if join, you would come to know that your project is on ejb(1.x or 2.x). They dont hire on need based. So get ready to be allocated to any kind of project.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Atos (Mumbai) in Jun 2011
Interview
For Java and J2EE System analyst. Two technical rounds and one management round interviews. First technical one was telephonic and the 2nd was face to face. Both technical guys asked similar questions about interfaces, design patters, Collections etc. Simple Java questions you can search at google.
