Interview questions will be based upon your technology and it's respective technologies.

Weirdly interrogated me for ages about a previous startup idea we tried to get off the ground and almost argued with me (incorrectly) about the technical feasibility about GPS. It was all a bit confusing and blatantly a ploy to throw me off and test if I would become defensive or hostile, as if he was trying to back me into a corner. At that point I already knew even if I got an offer that the culture reeked of toxicity.
