I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Atos in Dec 2013
Interview
Straight forward interview with 2 managers. Interview 1 was informal. 2nd interview was more formal with request for specific examples of how to manage change in challenging environments, with a particular focus on public sector.
I applied in-person. The process took 8 weeks. I interviewed at Atos (Bydgoszcz) in Oct 2015
Interview
This review is about my 8 weeks of talks with Atos Polish shared service center. I was contacted by external recruiter, have a two calls with them. In the next step they passed my application to Atos HR who contacted me again (call) and appointed next call with my potential manager. This was first interview held in English. After few weeks I was contacted again by their HR, interviewed for the 5th time and invited for in-house interview. First part of last interview was held in polish (HR) second in English, with Sr PM who was polite and concrete guy. Lot of situation questions, lot of questions over my experiences.
Why I heave negative feelings? Whole process took more than 8 weeks. They were wasting own and my time asking the same basic questions every time they have talked to me.
But what was most irritating they asked me for financial expectations 6 times (getting the same answer) and at the end of on site interview (I have to travel 250 km for the meeting) they told me that my expectations are beyond their budget...
