Applied job through Naukri and Interview has been schedule through Skype call, technical round 1 & 2 (From UK) and manager round has discussed about the project knowledge and explanation about the current role and designation. Finally the HR round. And got selected. What’s really shocking is the base pay offered is lesser than compared to the current base pay and no normalisation upto the market standard.
