I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Feb 2023
Interview
Took 1 month. The HR doesn't even care to send a rejection mail even for a final round qualified candidate. And when asked for feedback....the HR says that they are looking for someone more experienced for the role. (The role says MS+ 0 experience) and I have 1 year experience. The Hiring manager is confused and doesn't know about the role itself. They'll ask IP-based and PhD-level questions, and when not answered, They'll kick you out.

Question 1
Mostly IP stuff and after asking questions...they started talking among themselves that they shouldn't be asking these kinds of questions.
I interviewed at AstraZeneca (Londres, Inglaterra) in Feb 2021
Interview
Long and thorough. Started with a pre-interview aptitude assessment test. Some weeks later this was followed by a 2.5-hour interview split into 3 parts. This included a presentation of past work and lots of question on past experience

I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at AstraZeneca
Interview
I applied through a staffing agency. First I had a 30 minute video call with the hiring manager/lab director where I learned more about the role, its responsibilities, and the lab organization, and also went over my relevant resume experiences. Then I had a second video call with a senior member of the lab team to go over more of my resume, answer some typical personal questions, and discuss the role in depth.
