The interview process was long and drawn out because there were large chunks of time during which they ghosted me. When they were actually talking to me they made me feel like they were going to make a job offer, then appeared to change their mind right at the end after being dragged along for 2.5mths. They also made me repeat one of the stages as apparently forgot to ask me a question. I feel like I've been jumping through hoops all this time. At the end the feedback was basically that i wasn't the other person (ie the successful candidate) which is really useless as feedback
