I applied online. 2 weeks later I got an automated email from workday. I thought it was a rejection but it was an invite to phone screening. I had the screening call that day. The recruiter was pushing to schedule the next two rounds immediately. I had the first round with the hiring manager the day after the screening, 1-1. This was some resume questions /introduction and a little behavioral questions. The next day scheduled the call with the hiring manager + 2 others for the folllowing morning. This included an exercise and presentation on the exercise and behavioral questions. Two hour duration. about 1 days later an offer was extended to successful candidate.
