I has poor experience in the first interview with the recruiter ; the recruiter did not know the function and the role well and thus had poor judgement on candidate experience and qualification

interviewed for position in the US; scheduling was handled by staff in Mexico; very disorganized; HR person was not forthright when I asked basic questions; I withdrew my interest in the position due to these behaviors

There were four rounds of interviews: HR, hiring manager and manager to whom there is a dotted line, hiring manager’s boss, hiring manager’s boss’s boss. HR was fairly timely in sharing updates.
