1. Telephone interview (14 out of >50) - 1 hour.
2. Skype interview with the entire team members (7 out of 20) - 1 day.
- A presentation incl. Q&A (1 h) with a topic received 1 week prior to the day.
- A presentation incl. Q&A (2 h) with an assignment received 1 day before.
- A new assignment received on the day with 1 h to prepare the answers and Q&A (1 h).
- Regular interview questions (1 h).

Question 1
Why did you choose the study design A instead of B?
First, shortlisting of the resume and then the HR round. After that the technical interview. In the HR round they look for interest in this role and communication. Study about the company so that you can answer the company related questions. Show how the company values align with your skills.

First interview is with the recruiter. Second is with two staff members. They asked questions about my experience. They added questions to test knowledge. It lasted 30 minutes. There was 10 minutes left for questions.

Add CV and cover letter.
Then a maths assessment and situational judgement test which is then graded.
Followed by an assessment day which was all online. Included a presentation on a pre-prepared topic, STAR interview questions, technical stats questions. Each section was taken by a different pair of statisticians who worked at the company.
