Scheduled my interview for 6 am my time (only time slot available) and no one showed to interview me. No response when I asked to reschedule. I sent a follow-up to let them know, and received no response. The job is still posted.
I applied online. The process took 5 months. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Jan 2024
Interview
The process took EXTREMELY long time, I applied in November and got the first interview end of January with the HM . Second interview with a panel of two people . Overall , they were extremely professional and polite ,including the HR (which I never spoke to , except by email)
After the two interviews I reached out multiple times to the HR (since they mentioned during the interview they would have gotten back the week after ), who promptly replied to my emails stating the have not made a decision yet, this went back and forth for until before Easter. I stopped emailing them. I would say that they could have been a bit more clear and forward with the answer after the interview . I don't think it takes 2 months to make a decision ...

Question 1
They asked me about my experience , my achievement and my background in general . One value question (we play to win), one STAR question : provide an example of the time you failed but you reached your goal anyway (something like that) then few specific questions regarding the role itself
I applied online. I interviewed at AstraZeneca in Apr 2021
