What do you want to work for AZ and how you can contribute to the company?

The phone screening was by far the worst phone screening that I have ever experienced. First, question out of the gate was about my salary. The screener would not move on without an answer. The screener would not provide a range for the position. I gave a range. The next questions were about salary and benefits. • What was your base? • What was your bonus? • Give a quarterly breakout of your bonuses? Explain quarters of no bonus. • What benefits did you have at your last job? Give an exact dollar value of each benefit per year. • How much vacation did you have? What was the dollar value of the vacation time? • Final question, “What is your definition of integrity?” Not one single question about my skills or the role. Really!!!! I survived that and received an email that they were setting up an interview with the hiring manger, Please fill in the online application. I filled that in and a few days later received another automated email stating I was no longer being considered the position was filled! No interview!
