I was asked to complete a personality test. It is your standard sort of test. The feedback is useless - just ignore it.
I was then asked to do an assessment using an Arctic Shores game. You are required to download the game onto a phone/tablet. The game requires very quick reflex skills - both mental and physical. It clearly does not account for people with slow physical reflexes.
I was not successful beyond this point. The whole process took about 2-3 weeks.
I applied through college or university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Arcadis (Atlanta, GA) in Sep 2019
Interview
Interview was set up by HR and then scheduled with the department you were interested in. Interview was pretty laid back and was more of getting to know what the company did and how that related to your interests.
Went to interview for open position and it has been approximately one month (and counting!) since I've heard anything. No updates about we're still looking for candidates, no request for additional information, just ghosting. Doesn't leave the best impression with potential candidates. I assumed I'm not getting the job because if they were interested, they would have reached out by now.

Question 1
The interview was so long ago I don't remember anything specific! Pretty standard questions, though.
