Arcadis Environmental Scientist interview questions

Applied through Indeed for entry level role at Akron OH office. Recruiter called about a week later to set up in person interview. 2 step interview process, all in the same day, took about 2 hours. First interview was with hiring manager and another manager who was out of office via conference call. Just your typical interview questions that you can find on Google. Nothing technical as this was entry level. 2nd interview was in another room with a lower level environmental scientist, I believe this was mainly an interpersonal skills test as we basically just chatted for half an hour. Everyone involved was extremely professional and very nice. Very positive experience and the office was great. The cover letter is important because the hiring manager had it pulled up on his screen when I walked in to start the interview.
