They had general questions about technology and want o to understand why and how invested you are willing to be in tech. They also emphasize your personality and how you will deal with customers more than anything because they'll see your knowledge of tech as something that can be taught more rather than your customer service.

I applied through college or university. I interviewed at Apple
Interview
Interviewed through the college program. Interview was done remotely and asked technical and customer service questions. Was a relatively quick and easy process, possibly due to it being done through their college program.
Had a phone interview then an interview through video call. The phone interview was about 15 minutes just asking about experience and some situational questions and the video call interview was more about situations.
