They ask mostly customer service based questions. Very little to do with tech. They are looking for the right personality/fit. Retail/hospitality and any kind of sales or management might help

Group Interview with others from various places trying to sell themselves and their processes on how to deal and manage stress and work. It was rough as I watched other cut each other off in order to get their point across.
